Flux Image Generation Now On agent.ai

A great new a.i. model that supports text in images well

Recently, one of the big new developments in the world of A.I. was the release of the Flux.1 image generation model.

Some of you might have also noted that the new Grok2 (from x.ai) has a new image generation feature. Turns out, they are actually using Flux for their image generation — so as it stands, its the same model.

I’m fascinated by image generation models generally, but more specifically, I’m curious how they do for some of my personal use cases (which are usually more related to business). For example, I often need to create an image for a slide in a presentation.

One problem has been that including text in the image has had limited support in the existing image generation models.

But happy to see that Flux.1 actually does a pretty good job with text. It doesn’t get it right 100% of the time, but after a couple of attempts, it will usually get there.

Here’s an example prompt I used:

Billboard with Boston skyline in background. Billboard has the text "Flux on agent.AI!".

Of course, as soon as Flux was out, I had to integrate it into the Agent AI platform. Agent AI has a feature called “Agent Builder” (which is in private beta), which allows you to “compose” agents from other agents, and I wanted to include Flux image generation abilities in some of my agents. More on that i a future post.

So without further ado, if you’re curious to try out this new model, just head on over to:
