Yesterday, I was on the Marketing Against The Grain podcast.

The topic? Agents — and specifically agent.ai.

I don’t go on podcasts that often (would rather be coding), but I think this one turned out well. I’ve known Kieran and Kipp (the hosts) for many years and they’re fun to talk to and know their stuff (in case you don’t know them, Kieran’s SVP marketing at HubSpot and Kipp is our Chief Marketing Officer). They are two of the best in the business.

Now, even if you don’t work in marketing, I still think you’ll enjoy this episode.

And, if you’re curious, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at that quote agent. Nothing fancy, but that’s the point. Where it gets interesting is when you combine agents. So, an agent could call the YouTube Quotes agent to get a list of “candidate quotes” user could pick one, then we use the Image Generation agent to generate an image for that quote and draft a post for social media.
